Kohler was FBI LEGAT (FBI Representative) in London during Russiagate and worked with CIA/British intelligence operative Stefan Halper, Christopher Steele and Gina Haspel, then CIA London Station Chief.
Kohler made contact with me under false pretenses. He came to Cambridge University, where I was a postgraduate researcher and a teacher, was introduced to me by my history professor who we now know was an undercover MI5 (British intelligence officer). In summer 2015, at the start of Russiagate, Kohler signed up as a student at the Cambridge Summer School and repeatedly sought contact with me, saying he wanted to a do PhD at Cambridge. We now know that this contact was made under false pretenses. A year later, as part of Crossfire Hurricane operation against Donald Trump, Stefan Halper falsely reported me to the FBI's agent Stephen Somma (Kohler was his boss) as a Russian spy who had an affair with a senior Trump campaign advisor. Christopher Steele "corroborated" this false testimony in their mission to overthrow the President.
President Trump declassified the documents proving this on the last week of his first term. These documents were prepared by Kash Patel, who previously investigated Russiagate with Devin Nunes. John Solomon published these documents on his website. I found the documents from the press reports and submitted these documents to court as part of my civil lawsuit. Kohler, together with Lisa Monaco, Deputy AG under Biden (Obama's lackey) and Avril Haines, DNI under Biden (Brennan's former deputy at the CIA), retroactively and secretly re-classifed the Crossfire Hurricane documents.
Kohler then organized the Mar-a-Lago Raid to "confiscate" these documents, so they never see the light of the day.
I was then falsely accused again of being a Russian spy, something the FBI/DoJ own internal files show to be completely false.
This was used by Jack Smith and co. to charge President Trump under the Espionage Act: he was accused of passing classified documents to someone "connected" to Russian intelligence or that Russian intelligence could have got hold of the documents. But: President Trump declassified the documents, I was not passed anything, I found them on the John Solomon website following press reports, just like everyone else, and I am not a Russian spy, as the FBI/DoJ own files show.
At that point, I was in the middle of giving evidence to the Durham Special Counsel investigation, which became a criminal probe. The prosecutions were being prepared. But the documents showing CIA/FBI/British intelligence operative Stefan Halper lied about me in coordination with Christopher Steele to bring down President Trump were now classified so the prosecutions could no longer proceed.
I reported Kohler to the Durham investigation and they interviewed him. Kohler "retired" under Biden. His friend, Senator Mark Warner, gave Kohler a Tribute from the Senate Floor.
