Now the biggest danger for the people of Iran is the inevitable power vacuum that happens when a leader is toppled. They (with help from us, maybe) need to make sure that some other dictator arises with a small army to return Iran to a tyranny that it was before. If the Iranians can manage that, the power vacuum, they may succeed in returning Iran to its former glory.

At such times when a power vacuum is created, these are the most dangerous times for a country in rebellion.
