I think they have been for a long time. I'm English, if I was in government and found out there was a massive call center targeting the US I'd shut it down and have everyone arrested. Why? 1 it's a crime, and 2 it's against an important ally.

So I only see 2 possibilities on why nothing ever gets done about this.

1. The people and by extention governments of these countries are so unbelievably racist against whites that they won't lift a finger to help us against criminals operating in the country, and won't help our country unless forced by either financial incentive or threat of violence.

Or 2) These scams are state sanctioned by our own governments and our allies are forced to stay hands off.

I believe it's number 2.

I know there's a bigger racism problem with other races than with whites, but that typically goes hand in hand with low IQ rates. I've met lots of westernized people of other races who share the same opinions as westerners on their own people. I had friends who were 2nd and 3rd Gen immigrants from India who went there to visit family and came back with the thousand yard stare cause it was like chimp land to them. Went from a country where there's public washrooms and ticket conductors on trains making sure you're not stealing a ride to where people are shitting on the side of the road and riding on top of trains.
