I agree with you. It's very effeminate to hold on to vengeful thinking, and that's how you perpetuate hate and discord. Sure, a simple apology doesn't fix anything, but it definitely won't effect anything if we reject it out of vitriol.
The main point, though, is that the voters really didn't have a say because of all the cheating. So being angry at them is ignoring the fact that the entire system has be operating without citizen representation for longer than any of us have been alive.
