I live in Austin. Since 1985. This is a college dance bar, although it is called a beer garden, it really isn't. A guy from Senegal was the suspect who was shot dead by police. A terrorist from West Africa is a sleeper? We may never know, especially since the FBI are involved.
From the looks of the guy it appears he ain’t the brightest they’ve sent. I’m going for premature activation…just my 2€.
