Law enforcement issued a "shelter-in-place" order as they entered a residence of a man who possessed 38 rounds of ammo without a FOID card.

They said nothing about the lack of an AID (Ammunition Identification) card, m95 masks and a CID (COVID identification) card. Amateurs.
