I am trying to understand how a muslim nation, in this case Iran, would be able to transform into a pro western country from one where sharia law rules. Will the younger generations of citizens be able to do this? I am not seeing anyone at the forefront as a leader of their Freedom movement. Can this be accomplished without US moving in to establish this new leadership?

Iran, formerly known as Persia..used to be a much more free society. There are photos of women wearing blue jeans even!! crazy right?
