Gog and Magog: The Prophecy of Ezekiel and the Role of Persia in the Last Days. | SomosCristianos.org
The prophecy of Gog and Magog in Ezekiel 38–39 speaks of a future coalition of nations rising against Israel, including Persia. As tensions continue in the Middle East, many are reflecting on what Scripture has already declared centuries ago. This message ...
True enough. Just going to point out that in the end, there will be those from each tribe of Israel who are sealed by God. [Rev 7:1-8 KJV] 1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. 2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, 3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. 4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: [and there were] sealed an hundred [and] forty [and] four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. 5 Of the tribe of Juda [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad [were] sealed twelve thousand. 6 Of the tribe of Aser [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses [were] sealed twelve thousand. 7 Of the tribe of Simeon [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar [were] sealed twelve thousand. 8 Of the tribe of Zabulon [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin [were] sealed twelve thousand.
There's a lot of symbology going on in that book of Revelation. God never loses track of his Elect whether it's in heaven or on Earth. Whether it's Israelite or Nation If we are one of his elect we are baptized in the Holy Spirit in Jesus the Christ. Not water, never water because water is meaningless.
With most things steeped in eschatology I most always side with the reformed.
I would personally not take that at face value or a face number of events but rather accumulative one in the history of Christians. Those Christians in heaven and those that remain on earth in different time periods.
Just posted it as information. Do with it what you will.
No I actually do appreciate that post because really I do not go into the book of Revelation that much and I applaud you for doing so.
And so doing that you piqued my interest in that book again So thank you for that.
Iron sharpens iron.
You’re welcome. :)
