Less scam calls would be great too, if thats possible. I have a "do not answer the phone" protocol in place because of the number of scam calls. I only look at voicemails.
Just like email. It is super easy to change the number you are calling from to be some random number. Most traceback programs dont really get used, and the effective ones are used by law enforcement for stuff they can prosecute on.
