So, let me see. If you look up "Countries listed by amount of debt" and sort it by amount, there's 192 countries. The most debt free is Macao SAR that owes zero.

So who exactly do 192 countries (I know, autists, 191 because I just pointed out Macao doesn't owe anyone!) owe all the money to?
