A billionaire doesn't send someone to wait for three hours to get a random doctor at whatever hospital is convenient when he has a top tier plastic surgeon on call and willing to do house calls. You think if Ghislaine split her head open he wouldn't have done exactly the same thing?

We also don't know if the girl had previous treatment and this doc was just taking care of her better for cosmetic purposes or if this was the only care she received.
