When they continue eliminating the higher ups and everyone that has any power keeping things going, then the Internet must come back online.

For Iran to have a huge enough uprising the Internet needs to come online, then everyone will understand that their opressors are gone, they won't feel alone and at the same time the regime-huggers will feel very alone.

Just my 2 cents. It's annoying that it seems hard to get the right people to turn it back on.
