Good shot placement shoud take into consideration tje circulatory arterial locations in tje groin and pelvic girdle as well as the plexis rie in at the arm pits. Pelvic is probably the best chance of being fatal.
Big issue is as a criminal is bleeding out he can still remain a threat. For many minutes. So don’t get complacent after a dick shot or two. They might still have fight left in them to shoot back.
