Why are people in favor of bringing more Muslims over here?
Do they think that because they were protesting actions of their country by not singing their national anthem that they're rejecting Islam? Does that mean that every American who protests the actions of the US by not singing the national anthem are rejecting Christianity?
This is something that I keep seeing. People equating Iranians protesting against the actions of their country as them rejecting Islam. People seem to think that Iranians celebrating Khamenei being taken out are somehow rejecting Islam. Is it because Iran is a theocracy and people think that if someone is protesting a government that's a theocracy that it means they're protesting the religion the theocracy is founded on?
Seriously, I am really confused by the thought process around this.
I keep seeing people making claims like Islam is dead in Iran and that they won't have Islam in their government or country and all sorts of stuff like that, because they see Iranians celebrating Khamenei's death.
I really would appreciate it if someone could explain the thought process behind all this, because it makes zero sense to me.
