On PBD podcast he’s said he isn’t interested.

Correct- we don’t really know and time will tell

If we take the premise he isn’t interested in it as truth, this is where my thoughts have been

Not interested in that position
Many people calling for him to have a role
Trump has been saying he’s not the one (this reinforces my opinion)
Seems like no one else was stepping up until he said he would lead the transitional government - i hear this as “someone needed to do something”
I’m believing (maybe?) he is standing in temporarily

I DON’T think he’s the right guy to be there permanently- i don’t know if he’s had any experience, blah blah .

I DO think he’s the right guy for right now.

Regardless, I’m glad someone is doing something.
