I don’t really trust the AI videos. There’s a lot of Lost Nature type vids on YouTube.

I agree. Everything needs to be verified. Things like this might be very good for people with chronic pain. Pain killers have a lot of side effects.

I don’t doubt there are natural remedies. I try to use them. It’s just hard to know which videos are legit. Thanks for the link. Something to dig into.
