MY TAKE, It is ALL about eyes on Spain and Cuba. Spain for proposing that 1 million immigrants get citizen status and Cuba now has no electricity either! BOTH countries are a REAL MESS. Eyes on BEFORE the SOLUTION. 5G warfare.
