Semi 'Q' Coins! For one year, the U.S. Mint will issue new 250th Semiquincentinial coins. One in particular caught my eye. The 10 cent dime features a redesigned eagle holding only a bundle of arrows but notably lacking the olive branch of peace in the other. Interpretation: peace through strength!
