The 10 cent dime features a redesigned eagle holding only a bundle of arrows but notably lacking the olive branch of peace in the other. Interpretation: peace through strength! The U.S. Mint has a page you can order some of the designs. I don't believe all of them are in full circulation or available to purchase yet. Some might show up closer to July 4th would be my guess.
