So how do you distinguish between 'that's an 18-year-old being depicted' and 'that's a 16-year-old' being depicted. Plus there are actually real life 10-year-olds who are as well developed as an adult woman.
What's obvious to one person isn't obvious to the next, unless you're dealing with images of infants, babies, little kids.
And obviously AI can make those super realistic, which is problematic.
I went and read the law, Florida ai law is for deep fakes of a person and ai depicting people under 12. So, I would say that this is a properly stringent statute and not like the others ive seen where the line is a subjective 'someone could believe this person is under 18'.
