If the goal is to make a "crack" on the global oil price dependence, then I'll look forward to what the Administration comes up with (per video, in the next 24-48 hours). Perhaps I'll be looking for a divergence of the oil price between US and the other countries (i.e. U.S oil prices go down while others remains up).
