Think of this poll like this:
You ask 100 people whether they like to eat sardines or Hillo. All 100 know what Sardines are and 10 like it, so you get 10 for, 90 against. Now with Hillo 91 don't know that it's a form of ice cream made in the Philippines, so out of 9 who know it's ice cream, they all say they enjoy it, and 91 say no or I don't know.
So, Hillo has a lower favorability than sardines because people don't know what it is.
Rupert Lowe is basically Ross Perot. The names are even similar.
