I see an American flag on a flag pole. The stars don't look right. Maybe the Betsy Ross flag?
Stars are correct, small interposed section has a zoom in on one star at the top. Flag isn’t flying with a lot of wind, looks tired, rope can be seen wrapped around pole (not around flag though).
