I was thinking that too. Some deep dirt that we haven't seen yet.

He could be bullshitting about the oil and gas. Or maybe the "gas" relates to Swalwell and the "oil" to Newsom's hair.

The deep dirt could be related to oil and gas in that it shows how the puppet masters have manipulated the price of oil and gas by stirring up the regions through war.
