Arnon Milchan was born into a Jewish family in Rehovot. His father, Dov Milchan, owned a modest fertilizer company, which Arnon inherited at the age of 21 after his father’s untimely death in 1965. Demonstrating remarkable business acumen, he transformed the struggling company into a thriving chemical enterprise. Milchan pursued higher education at the London School of Economics, where he earned a degree in economics. His upbringing in a business-oriented family and his academic background laid a solid foundation for his future ventures in both commerce and the film industry.

Milchan’s career is marked by a unique blend of business, film production, and intelligence operations. In the mid-1960s, he was recruited by Israel’s Bureau of Scientific Relations (LEKEM), a secretive organization responsible for acquiring technology and materials for Israel’s defense needs. MILCHAN helped Steal "THE BOMB" from the US for Israel! Simultaneously, he expanded his business interests, eventually venturing into the entertainment industry.
