There was an X posting, making a big deal about someone following Trump down the stairs off of AF1. Is this what they were referring to?

I first came across this theory a few years ago, when I watched the "The Fall of the Cabal" video series. I would LOVE it if it were true. It's a pretty fantastic scenario, and as much as I would like it to be true, I have my doubts.
