What is their definition of "legal social media post"?

What is a "non-crime hate incident" vs a "criminal hate incident"?

What happens to all the people that were harassed by police, put in prison or ended up with criminal records because they may have "hurt someones feelings"?

I bet criticism of anything DEI is still considered a criminal hate incident.
