Does the U.S. have any electronic citizens’ initiative system where proposals must be handled by the government after enough signatures, like in Finland? Why don’t Americans start one to leave NATO? I’m sure it would reach the required signatures in record time. (media.scored.co)

Even if Congress can block Trump from withdrawing from NATO, but if enough Americans express their wish to leave NATO, they can't sit idle and stop that. I'm sure if enough Americans showed support for NATO withdrawal, it would change the opinion of the members of Congress to support it even if they originally didn't support it.
