Since today is April Fools day is it ok to say that the 1969 moon 'landing' was a psyop?

It all sounds great for believers to believe we went to the moon for the last time 53 years ago. Now, we're going to do it again, but they won't be actually landing on the moon forecasted till 2028. Why the long wait until between now and 2028? I don't believe one word coming from the mouths at NASA. No country has ever been to the moon, or we or they would have been doing it for the last 53 years non-stop!
