I didn't know this.. didn't even know about her until the 'pink pussy hat marches ' vs. Weinstein me-too stuff. But, in just my 1/2 hour searching trying to recall where I'd heard the name "Sarsour" and started looking for a family connection - and found it. I am thinking she is a niece but I cannot confirm. I did see mention of Mamdani with her going years back through websites mentioning Linda. The Sarsour name is very Hamas related and Jewish adjacent related. Bad news Muslim Jewish? Activist.
