I think people are under the impression this means she's being released from prison. She's not. They're going to resentence her. She's still going to serve time, just possibly not the full 9 years originally sentenced. We shouldn't start celebrating too soon, they could just as easily resentence her to 9 years again. I just want people to understand what's going on so they're not confused about why she's still in prison and most likely will stay there for several more years at least.
