I'm a teacher in Ontario, Canada. About 10 or so years ago, it came out, I think in a court case, that the government was secretly funding the same unions it was supposedly fighting against. The membership were shocked.
Stop taxing us altogether. All the fraud being exposed all the Monet being saved, and we’re still getting taxed to death. Time to see some relief our way.
Just a side question on unions and funding. Why is it that virtually all unions (not just teachers) seem to maintain the bare minimum required funding of their own retirement programs? I believe the Feds require a minimum 85% of projected exposure be funded or it triggers investigation.
Curious pepe wants to know...

We can solve this problem real quick. Abolish all taxes and accountability on all taxes with transparency on every cent. We can do this.
I think im with you, but abolish all taxes,
or transparency on all taxes?
2nd.
This is the way!
Definitely.
Next on the agenda is having a Constitutional Republic, with the government funding almost nothing except carefully audited public safety.
Also next: home schooling and group classes for home schooled students. ZERO tax money.

You are a smart pepe. I don't know.
Now we are talking.
I like that.
I love that..Now do the rest of the states..
Amen
In my state we fund the municipal unions through our taxes. If their pension funds go dry, the tax payer pays their pension.
Wow. I don't want to.
Great, one of the many reasons renting a home from the bank has made it unaffordable.
Oh. You mean mortgage. I understand. What a great way to put it.
Yes, a 30 year rental.
