Should she be charged with interfering with law enforcement? No, but she and the school should be charged for endangerment by breaking fire code.

And please put some professional clothes on! Her hair bow and adult sized onesie is insulting to children that wear that appropriately.

That’s intentional endangerment. In Ireland that’s a minimum of 5 years in jail, preventing an effective escape route for children would be a maximum sentence.
