I support this message and will contribute all American funding to pay for the concrete table and seating as well as the Iron cleats to fasten the chains to the table said convicts will ascertain during the dining experience. I also condone the open air dining venue as it does promote subjection to maximum hurricane impact in particular excercising the limited chain excursion in a storm surge event.
