It's called "Ad Valorem" and it's not constitutional ly legal. You can thank the school system , the school commissioner, the office of OPV in the state revenue office, your PVA in your county, and your lying Governors. They're all in on it together, with the Banks, creating junk Bonds. Good luck tracking the money, it's been laundered . Racketeering is a crime, so RICO charges are in order. If land owners stand together........🤣
