Given that POTUS wants to turn Alcatraz into a Prison again..could a Presidio update be part of it, I do wonder...it could be useful given the way Angel Island is set up currently...The Prison would need a secure launch point...unless Perp walking people down a Pier and past the Sea Lions in the Mission District is part of the plan.
