Well, if our administration would show some high profile arrests in matters like this people would unite and find a way to crush these crimes. However, if nothing from the top is even recognized, let alone even talked about no one believes it would do any Damm good. Besides the ones who get hurt the most are the same ones that don't have the resources to fight this financially. Let's hope it changes, but so far no joy.
