This may be a dumb question, but I never understood why they cant just go around to the south of Indonesia instead of navigating that narrow strait.
But also, more importantly, this explains why Indonesia had been such a hotbed of instability and Obama Sotero connection and CIA activitites, and why Indonesia is such a high muslim country out of the blue in Asia.
Chokepoint needs Instability.
Instability needs clowns and muslims.
