... even when we could see with our own two eyes there was no pandemic at all.

We have no reason to believe that any of the global events being reported are even actually taking place.

Especially when we can't see it with our own eyes.

They unironically claimed we were living in an intensified literal version of Contagion, except literally nothing featured in the movie came close to what we actually saw.
