People with multi millions, or billions, are not "American" like you and me, anymore. They are global. They live in the air, above the earth. Not in the land, on the soil, and in the grocery. Prove me wrong.

When people say to use a 30,000' view, they mean to disassociate with your indwelt sense of emotion. That's where you feel your goodness. And that's fine and natural, to have a switch where you turn it off to survive and make dispassionate decisions. But some people live there. They are not like us. Don't be led into wanting to be like them.
