I think both. But sometimes also if you modmail and ask nicely. I lost my Pepe when I got logged out and couldn’t remember my password so I eventually asked if I could get her back and was rewarded with a magical Pepe but now I have the surprised Pepe.

I think if you look at your profile you can find it. If you're on a PC browser it's at the top of the screen. I'm pretty impressed with my 1.2k and 7.3k numbers, but apparently I'd have to do a lot more commenting to come close to qualifying. I don't know how anyone has time for that.
