Unfortunately, there are tons of people who need some of those (essential) medications. They cannot do without.
Those are the ones who couldn't even wipe their own assess or make their own urine...etc. Well, if they can have the drugs cheaper, maybe the government won't need to pay as much for their care.
When did we start cheering Big Pharma pushing their poison on us?
Do people think they're only harmful if they cost above some magical price point?
I don't. I don't care if it's free. I use alternatives.

My family would rather I be killed on the cheap rather than stripped of all assets before death. As far as quality , MAHA may take a bit longer.
