This does not pass the sniff test. Too easy to fake this. That many people in Iran knew the name but were still curious and ignorant enough about his details to search him up on Google... but nobody outside Iran knew him, and it didn't leak out despite the fact that large swathes of the Iranians hate the regime and want Trump to finish them off. Sorry, makes no sense to me. On the other hand, if popularity revealed that a bunch of Iranians placed bets that something like this was happening, then I'd say there could be evidence of foreknowledge, but a screenshot on Twitter that is now unverifiable means nothing.
