I was waiting for someone to say that. See the pattern and then find the radar installations that can cause, for example Tornadoes. At least figure out which ones are affecting one's country. I believe there is installation - big one - in Alaska, also Antarctic (which caused the ChCh Earthquakes). Possibly they have some mobile installaitons on the air-craft carriers etc. So they can triangulate.

I have seen some work that looked well-researched, with patents etc. that was tracking a massive eye Atlantic storm just off the coast during 9/11. There was some work with HAARP directed storms, and the magnetic vortex/magneto effects on steel (Because the wind, and all sorts of water and debris is winding round and round, a charge is built up, and It can destroy structures on a molecular level, turns them to dust) through the posiitoning of an 'eye'.
