ALL federal programs are full of fraud. The Federal government just sends out the dollars!
Just STOP ALL Federal Programs that are not in the Constitution. They have all become avenues for fraud and money-laundering, despite the noble causes for which they were created. Guilt trips. But those who donate directly are not feeling guilty.
All sympathy for needy people should be solved by local charities, personal giving, personal involvement with the poor. MN has proved that even local government is another avenue of fraud.
I think if we simply stopped all federal programs not in the Constitution, a lot of poor people would starve and crime would likely increase. There may be a better way of organizing charity, like food banks. I volunteer for a food distribution program that picks up expired food at retail outlets and bags it up it after inspection and gives it to the clients who come in. The qualifying criterion for them is that they live in our county. They get what they get (whatever is available) so they self-select. Those who can, buy what they want. It's quite efficient, inspected by health officers and I admire the lack of waste.
This sounds like a great program. I hope more localities can return to a self sufficient way of helping anyone in need.
No one should go hungry. Unfortunately, I have seen too many in need not get approved for help ....just during a time of need. Instead, I see that programs have become a way of life and of course fraud.

If you or any of your friends have time, you can become involved and help keep them honest. (It's fun. The nicest people to work with are volunteers.)
I'm hoping that includes voter rolls...
If youβre supported by the government, you shouldnβt be allowed to vote. Beggars canβt be choosers.
It started out for property owners only, am I right?
There were two other stipulations as well.
Refund or cut federal tax burden
Can they come over to where I live? Im watching a few people that sit home all day everyday & have very expensive cars.
