I wasn’t able to access anything unless I put in an email, and I didn’t want to do that, then I saw you could get to the site by saying no thanks to the email request.

We need signs around these areas so that people can be aware of these penalties. Some people think they will just get a slap on the hand, that’s WRONG. Several well placed signs and cameras and guards should stop this crap hopefully.

Penalties for Destruction of National Statues and Government Property The penalties for the destruction of national statues and government property are outlined under 18 U.S.C. § 1361. The severity of the punishment depends on the value of the damage caused. Penalty Structure Damage Amount Penalty Exceeds $1,000 Up to 10 years imprisonment or a fine Does not exceed $1,000 Up to 1 year imprisonment or a fine Key Points Intent Requirement: The law requires that the act of destruction be willful, meaning the individual must have intentionally damaged the property. Scope of Property: This law covers not only physical structures but also any property owned or controlled by the federal government, including statues and monuments. Federal Crime: Violations are treated as federal offenses, which typically carry harsher penalties compared to state-level crimes. These penalties reflect the government's commitment to protecting national symbols and property from willful destruction.

I call it theft…taking someone’s money is a socialist idea. Schiff should be in prison, I’ve heard he is allegedly a pedo.

It’s a gorgeous mountain top retreat on top of Catoctin National Park. Cabins for the President and several more for guests. There’s a large conference center for meetings. There’s a Helo Pad and the entire site is very well guarded. I was there.

Surprised he’s riding in the beast rather than Marine One. Quick flight from the White House.

Hope he wins, guess we’ll see if Michigan residents are smarter than New Yorkers who are now stuck with Mandami.

Yup, don’t go to Nam, but served in USAF during that time. Was at Clark AFB back then. Supported the effort from there.

Agreed, evidence must be handled correctly. Treason cases must be absolutely investigated and prosecuted. We want those guilty to be found guilty without a shred of doubt.
