After all is said and done, do you think a Maui style land grab will occur in the mineral rich (lithium/quartz) areas of WNC?

Would large corporations like BlackRock benefit from uninhabitable disaster zones that require federal confiscation of land?

-Reminder- In April 2024, the Tennessee state House of Representatives passed a bill that would ban the release of chemicals into the air to affect the weather, including cloud seeding. Why would they need to do this if the technology didn’t exist?
