YES, please stay where you are and improve it...BECAUSE IT WILL LAST IN THE LONG RUN!!! I live outside of Orlando and the home building is through the damn roof and the aquafers ARE GETTING LOW AND WE HAVE NOT HAD A GOOD RAIN FALL IN SOMETIME!!!! The lake behind my house is low due to NO RAIN!!!!! AND the people who are moving here are bringing their DAMN POLITICS WITH THEM!!!!!!!
