If you know how to read Legalese, you will know that this doesn’t apply to you. It’s right there in the title:
“All persons are required to…”
But I’m not a person, I’m a man. You’ve got to understand who and what you are. A person is either a freed slave or a corporation.
Also, this is an executive order, which is when the president orders the Executive Branch to do something. Are you an employee of the federal government, specifically in the executive branch? No? Then this doesn’t apply to you.
Don’t be tricked by their legalese. They want you to assume that they have power over you when they don’t.
