Classic corporate play (and it works time and time again). If a group can get nearly everyone in their community to be in on it (fraud), then somehow the fraud in their community becomes “the way in how things get done”. Normalize wrongs, and keep people divided, to keep in control.

If it wasn't for the army of zogbots surrounding these demons, that would be happening now.
I would not be surprised if over 90% of the public service are involved in the corruption.
